KIDZ GALORE BOOKINGS
- Download and complete the bookinform for the relevant party venue.
- Pay the required deposit using your surname and date of party as your reference.
- Fax or mail your completed bookingform and deposit to 086 602 1009 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please confirm the receipt of your bookingform and deposit.
- No party is confirmed without a copy of the bookinform and proof of payment.
KIDZ GALORE HOUSE RULES
- Time Slots are fixed
- Parents and or decorators are allowed 15 minutes prior and after their party for set-up and clearing.
- Additional time for afternoon parties will only be permitted if arranged prior to the date of your party.
- Adult supervision of children at all times for the duration of your party.
- No children are allowed in the rabbit camp.
- It is the parents responsibility to see that the children do not vandalize the property and equipment.
- A breakage fee will be charged for any broken items equipment and toys.
KIDZ GALORE INDEMNITY
Kidz Galore, and or its partners does not take responsibility for the following;
- Loss or damage of any items whatsoever on the premises, parking area and playground.
- Any injuries or death that may occur on the premises, parking area and playground.
- Unfavourable weather conditions and or any acts of nature.
- Power failure due to scheduled / unscheduled Eskom repairs, maintenance or load shedding.
Premises are used entirely on own risk and not claims can be made against Kidz Galore and or its partners.
- 50 % Deposit refund for parties cancelled 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the date of your party.
- 80 % Deposit refund for parties cancelled 6 weeks prior to the date of your party.
- All refunds will be done within 30 days after receiving a cancelation request.
- All cancelations are to be done in writing to email@example.com, no sms correspondance will be accepted as cancellation request.
